If your clients are looking for funding, Bluewater takes the deal, puts the data into an AI-friendly pack reached by a link or a code, and gets it in front of the right people, where their AI reads everything it needs to know in minutes.
Bluewater's agents search the private credit markets continuously for appetite that matches the deal. Searching the market is not advice.
Bluewater brings on placement agents who take the deal to the professional investors in their own networks. The placement agent places; Bluewater prepares and connects.
No upfront fee. Bluewater is paid from funds raised; a placement agent is paid only on capital raised.
The pack is published from the client's own account and can be withdrawn at will. Bluewater never sells data, gives no investment advice, and lets no AI make the credit decision.

What the pack holds

The project, the sponsor, the assets or revenues behind it, the amount, the term, the security and the documents, in a format an AI can read whole. Only what the client has approved for release.

How it runs

You send the deal. We build the pack and publish it from your account. Our agents search the markets and report where the appetite is: what was found, not a recommendation. We bring on a placement agent where one is needed and supply the pack to the lenders they introduce. Where the deal needs a vehicle, trustee or agent, those are our other services, as one mandate or separately.

What we don't do

We don't give investment advice and we don't advise on your client's capital structure. We don't lend, we hold no position, and we act for one side of a deal. Placement is by the placement agent.
