Who we are

A specialist private credit and structured finance firm for the mid-market: simple structures, published pricing, and AI used to find investors and read deals but never to make the credit decision.

What we do

The infrastructure under a debt issuance, as one stack or line by line: the issuing vehicle, an independent security trustee, facility and calculation agency, and the operational plumbing. Structuring stands up the vehicle, with each deal in its own ring-fenced compartment. Agency acts as facility, payment and calculation agent, covenant monitor and registrar. Trustee holds security for lenders, acts on enforcement and accepts replacement appointments. Market Access builds a deal-ready data stack and brings on a placement agent where needed.

What we don't do

We don't give investment advice. We don't work for the investor. We don't let AI make the credit decision. We never sell data; client data is published from the client's own account and can be withdrawn at will. We don't retire mid-deal; we stay for the life of the facility.

How we work

Most clients engage one line for an immediate need and gain the other three through the same relationship. You deal with the lead for your business line, not an account layer. Agency onboarding: talk today, proposal tomorrow, onboarded the day after, then live.

Basis

We structure, arrange and promote our own issuances as principal, within the established exclusions of the UK's regulated-activities framework. AML and KYC procedures apply to every engagement.
